Once again I come with heavy heart asking for prayers for my family....
Early this morning, 28 December at approximately 0600 MST my father in law passed away. He had lung cancer and was diagnosed with stomach cancer the day after Christmas and in that short period of time he passed on. He was given 6 months to a year live and it happened this quick...we were told that he did not suffer.
Please say a prayer for Michelle at this time...I'm doing ok, just trying to keep her together.
Dennis

Thank you all for your prayers and concerns....I just can't believe he died this quick! We saw him on Thanksgiving and he did NOT show ANY signs of a person with terminal cancer what so ever, in fact, he looked GREAT!! He had just signed up with Hospice Weds. morning so he knew that his time was short BUT.
There's a LOT more to this incident that I'm not at liberty to post right now let's just say, I have gotten a hold of one of my friends who's a detective with the Camp Verde Sheriffs Dept and a investigation with start today.

I know it has been a long battle, but it is never easy to say goodbye. The holidays make it that much more difficult.
Please know that we are thinking of you from down here in the Valley. Share the warm thoughts with your wife and best friend Michelle, too.

Dennis, i'm sending prayers for both of you and am so sorry to hear about your father in law.

it is better that it wasn't a long, drawn out struggle. It is so very hard having to watch a loved one suffer and get worse as the weeks and months pass.

Dennis, I'll be keeping you and Michelle in prayer.

Perhaps the quick passing was the Lord's mercy.
