Hello everyone. I am coming once again needing prayer on my behalf. Late this morning, I was laid off from Sears, which I knew was coming. However I have no job possibilities for 2 weeks at least, so I have nothing more than my gov't check coming after Friday. So I need prayers for that.

Also, my grandpa on my biological father's side is at Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio right now. Apparently he had a lung scare and nearly caught pneumonia, going into the hospital around midday Tuesday and we didn't find out until today...he'll be in the hospital a few more days at the least. So pray for him too.

i know what its like to be laid off...i got a temporary lay off from the place i worked at back in March 2003... the way they did it ... they said it was temporary and i could be recalled within 6 months... so i didnt get any benefits.
I was distraught... but i soon got something just 2 months later.

So never you mind... you will get something.

Hopefully your grandpa is gonna be ok.

Just found out a close friend is headed for an urgent care in Florence, and we don't know as yet what it is...please pray for her, her name is Krista...thanks...

Just heard from her...it was a stomach virus...she gave me one heck of a scare...for all I knew she could have gotten worse during the night and gone to a regular hospital, and I would not have known...dangit, this is too much to think about...

When my daughter and I went down to key west right after Thanksgiving, she contracted a stomach virus from the grandson. She was hugging and kissing him near his mouth, where as I kissed him on his forehead and his neck, I didn't get sick but she did. She wound up going to the doctor the day we got back from Key West. They gave her some meds to keep her from throwing up so much. She wasn't keeping much down if she ate at all.

I figure that's what happened to Krista. I'm not certain though...

Well My daughter has recovered fronm the stomach virus she caught from the grandson
It ran its course and she ate only bland soups until her stomach felt better..
Just remember if you need to talk , we will be here for you.

My father apparently had a stomach virus during Christmas but didn't need to be hospitalized.

Unfortunately, this is the time of year where alot of people get all sorts of ailments.

My prayers are going out for your granpfather, Krista and for you!

Thanks everyone. 2007 is not starting as I'd hoped. Let's just say this...tonight, I had to tell Krista something that, while it would normally considered flattering, well it quite frankly broke my heart...but it's really personal right now so I don't feel I can share that right here at this time.

Jeremy, I'll be praying for you and your Grandfather. How is he doing by the way?? Hope you're successful in finding a new job and that Krista is better and all is well.
