When all the numbered red squares are visible, try to get rid of them as
fast as you can, in numerical order. You don't have to click them... just
touch them with the cursor. Have fun!

EDIT: after getting numerous 89's and DUI's, I finally got an 82!!!

Got them in 46 seconds. I think that game would make me sick after a while, watching all those things fly around.
