STUDENTS at America's prestigious Ivy League universities are rebelling against their colleges' stuffy reputations, casting off society's norms along with their clothes to hold naked parties.

The Pundits, a secretive society at Yale University, initiated the events - which profess to be non-sexual in nature - in the mid-1990s, open to a select few. The society claims that president George Bush's daughter, Barbara, attended a naked party during her second year, in 2002. The White House has always declined to comment.

I saw the results of a study once that showed people who practice occasional nudism have improved mood and lower rates of depression and anxiety.

That's great for them, but if I ever get depressed, I'm sticking to Paxil.

Well, this is a Southern College. Here's the thing - don't they get cold? LOL

I'm sitting here with my usual winter layers on and we're not even having a typical winter!

Guess though when you're 18-22 you don't get cold? he he

Of course Vermont's colleges and several towns up there shoots this whole theory of mine. They have all clothes optional campuses and towns apparently. And I want to ask - yeah, in August!

Yep, must be a slow news day is right......

Nothing new ... I stayed with a girlfriend of mine up at Bennington College back in '79 and they had bi-weekly "dress to get laid" parties.

And how many of these did you attend?

I'd also wonder how much success the attendees found.

you dont get "dressed." kinda like saying formal dress, dress code, its used in a directional future verb tense.
