Layman's terms please?
I'm guessing this is eye related, as in ophthalmology?

Have you tried Hydrocortisone 1%?

First of all, never pop a blister. It's protecting the skin underneath. But now that the wound is open, leave it open unless you're working somewhere dirty or around food. Keep it clean and put some Neosporin on it.
Give it time and it should heal faster with the neosporin and open air. It will be annoying, but not for long.

Okay, wait...just to clarify. After you popped it, did you stop there? Or did you peel off the skin as well? Because if you peeled off the skin, it's only going to take longer to heal. Try Solarcaine or an aloe sunburn gel or cream with lidocaine or benzocaine (it escapes me right now which "caine" it is). It will numb it so it doesn't sting or itch and help heal it. Take it from someone who has had lots of sunburns with peeling blisters.
Skin is a nice big protective organ. Don't peel it off.
