just sooo sick all yesterday i had such a bad headache, and neckache, my throat hurt so bad, and last night i had fever.
today im so stuffed up, im battling it with Neo Citron and Nyquil, but it makes me so sleepy.
i wish i could be better

sorry to hear that. try equinecea, it will help you get over anything in just a few hours to a few days.

if you dont have to work let the nyquil put you to sleep, that is the way the body heals itself.

thanks yeah i dont have to work tomorrow so im gonna guzzle some nyquil tonight.
i have to work on saturday tho so i hope im better.

If you're not, you gotta go......(*sigh)....see your doc. Don't be spreading it to
folks with lower immune systems... get it treated, tropicana - ok?

Tropicana, hope you're feeling better soon! It's been a BOOGER of a flu season, I've had a bad head cold but so far have escaped the flu bug. Get lotsa sleep, drink lotsa fluids and if you can, get your hands on some "Emergen-C"...it's a powdered drink mix with 1000 mg. of vitiman C plus a bazillion other vitimans...it DOES work!

UPDATE: i feel a lot better this morning, no more fever, my throat doesnt hurt anymore, my nose isn't as stuffy.
thanks to nyquil, i slept like a baby last night.
i realised i didn't eat anything yesterday except for a bowl of hot cream of wheat porridge. i still dont have an appetite.
