I have a question

I have an interesting question..
The last few days something interesting is going on. I am getting a lot of cramps in my legs while walking distances and I don't know why..
I don't have the cramps when I'm walking back n forth at work.. But I have them whenever I have to walk a decent distance..
I have come up with several theories as to why this may be happening..
1. Constant up and down temps here lately. Maybe my body is reacting to the fact that we keep going from hot to cold and back again in such a quick period.
2. My sneakers. Maybe my feet don't like my new pair of Reeboks' I bought about 2 weeks ago.
3. Lack of a certain nutrient? Maybe there's a vitamin I haven't been getting enough of lately..
4. Fatigue sinking in. I get up @ 4-4:30 am to catch a bus to be to work by 6, work till 3.. then go to sleep around 9ish only to do it all again.. So thats like I'm putting in 18-19 hour days on a daily basis..
Any theories as to why I may be cramping up.. or should I just wait and see.. Someone even said my vacation next week may actually help because I'll be doing a lot of walking around Nashville, but I'll be having fun and hence the expression I was once told "change in latitude is good for the attitude"
Feel free to chime in please..
