To be fair to people who are like her, her behavior that night was consistent with some type of psychotic episode. Whether it was natural or drug-induced isn't clear.
Her constantly repeating words and thinking that shaving her head will make people stop touching her sounds like some sort of episode, not just "acting dumb."

After being married to K-Fed, I wasn't at least bit surprised if this was a cry for help. It was still a dumb move to shave off all her hair almost looking like Sinead O'Connor.

I heard this morning that the real reason she shaved her head was because her soon to be ex had threatened to have her hair analyzed for drug use.

These stunts she's been pulling won't look good for her if there's a custody hearing concerning her children.
I'm so sick and tired of these celebraties using rehab as a publicity stunt. They are making a joke out of rehab. Britney leaving after 22 hours. What good did that do? Lindsay Lohen...i've never heard of anyone leaving rehab to go to an AA meeting.

I've heard that too, but I take it with a grain of salt. They can use
any hair to do such a test, and can easily get one from an arm, leg, or anywhere on the body. Even if she were to somehow remove all hair from her body, there will be traces of drugs in her follicles for days to weeks after using.
