"Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?"

I can't think of a game show that I've really liked (or watched) since "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" but I want to watch this one. You know those little quizzes people post sometime, something like "Can you pass the 4th grade?" and a lot of adults miss a lot of the questions? lol
Well, I think this one will be fun... I'm gonna give it a shot tomorrow night. I like Jeff Foxworthy anyway.

Foxworthy Hosts New FOX Game Show One of the country’s most popular rednecks, Jeff Foxworthy is set to host the new FOX quiz show, titled ‘Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader.’

The show will involve adults having to answer a series of questions based on information in 5th grade textbooks. Adults will risk making fools of themselves on national television when faced with answering questions a 12 year old would know. Actual 5th graders will also be present in the show for the adults to consult with.

Foxworthy, who is well known for being a self-proclaimed “redneck” will be there to host the show, provide a bit of humor and make sure the adults feel sufficiently foolish whenever they answer a question wrong.

FOX is currently only planning to air six episodes of the show. The first three will follow ‘American Idol’ on February 27th through March 1st. After that it will air on Thursdays starting March 8th.

Actually, I know enough about TV to know that what senorpepr said is somewhat true. Each half hour is really about 22 minutes, with 8 minutes of commercials. That said, I don't know if I will watch or not.

And according to fox.com, the first two episodes will only be 30 minutes long, with the following 4 being 1 hour long. The series will lead off Thursdays on March 15 and 22 at 9pm/8pm CT.
