I thought I'd brag and tell u guys what I plan on doing on my next vacation. I have 2 vacation days left and will use them for my version of a 4 day weekend sometime next month if I can get it approved.

Here's what I wanna do..

Around the 2nd week of April, begins the NHL playoffs.. If Tampa Bay makes it.. not only do I wanna go see a playoff game.. I want to fly up to the NHL city they'd be playing in when they r on the road in the series..

{they r currently the 3rd seed so they'd b on the road for games 3,4, and 6.. and I'd try to prob. get tix for game 3 or 4}..

If the NHL playoffs began today, Tampa would play Atlanta, but right behind ATL is Pittsburgh. {I kinda hope they play PIT becuase I've never been and the Penguins may be moving after this season to KC}..

Let me know what ya think..

Toronto Maple Leafs are fighting for a playoff spot this year, so im kinda glad the season hasn't ended as yet.
But yeah..a playoff game is a great thing to attend.
I'm jealous.

Tropicana.. I went to last years Tampa Bay/Ottawa Game 4 in Tampa. For my 1st NHL game.. I couldn't believe how loud the arena was in Tampa 4 a playoff game.. There were times it sounded in there like the crowd would lift the roof off the building..

It's still way too early 2 say.. But Tampa would be playing either ATL or PIT if the playoffs started 2day.. Carolina may still creep up.. they're in the #8 spot..

I'll warn you now. Playoff tickets, might and I mean might, be impossible to get in Pittsburgh. I don't know if people will actually want to go and see them play if they make the playoffs and they are out of town next season...but if there is still a lot of interest in the team, be prepared to find tickets very hard. They have been selling out every game lately, since mid December, and with the team as hot as it been, its will only be harder to get tickets into the playoffs.

If Atlanta makes it.. It'll be there 1st trip to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, so either way I may be stuck.. Playoff tix for Pittsburgh go on sale on 3/26.. but I'm needing to wait till the season is almost over so I know who Tampa would be playing..

Trying not to brag, but I have 28 days of vacation time left this year
