I go 2-3 times a week.

I run at least 3 miles on the treadmill and lift weights.

I always use my bycicle to get around, so that means 15 miles a day on weekdays. I used to visit the gym twice a week before I went to University though.

Never. I want to start; for a small town we have a great community center with weightroom, treadmills, ellipticals, etc. However, I get off of work, run home, feed my kids, help with homework and then do the bedtime routine. Not much spare time in there, unfortunately. Hopefully someday soon I they will be a little more independent, or I will get a lot more organized and put something in the crock pot every morning before work, and will be able to squeeze a half hour in there somewhere. A few years ago I only worked until 3 pm, and then I went every day after work while my youngest was still at daycare and my son was old enough to be home by himself for half an hour. Now I try to get on my Gazelle a few times a week, mow the lawn in the summer, and walk to the puppy. Better than nothing.

I am antigym, mainly because I am out of shape and I feel very intimidated when I go to one. I do use the treadmill here at the house and the stationary bicycle. Not as much as I should, mind you, but I do.

I can't exercise at all; not without spending $150-per-hour sessions at a therapy clinic (bad back/degenerative discs, PAD/legs, arthritic joints, enlarged heart, onset of muscular atrophy).

Yeah really......

We have a treadmill and a Golden Retriever.

Both ~should~ keep me fit.....LOL!!! Well, the dog does. The treadmill seems to collect dust these days.

Oh that question hurts! For many years I was a gym rat. Worked with weights 4 days, cardio for 2 and one day off. I had a great place to rollerblade in peace with a 7 mile one-way track. I used to run it twice for 28 miles and loved every minute of it. Even got DH going for a couple of years, but he never could do the 28 mile routine. HA! :-)

Now that I'm disabled, I've cancelled my membership. I so miss those heavy duty workouts, and now the best I can do is take the dogs on a mile walk. Oh well, at least I have pics somewhere proving that I was once buffed up. Last time I'll ever look (or feel) like that, I'm sure!
