The latest bizarre crime in Texas

With all the bizarre crimes that Texas seems to be known for (cheerleader-murdering moms, wives who run over their husbands, moms who drowned their children, crazy cults, and so forth), I'm surprised this hasn't made it to national news...or has it?

One article I read said that a neighbor saw the suspect "barbecuing" all day for two days. When he asked if he was going to share whatever it was he was cooking, the suspect told his neighbor that it was for a wedding.
That's just crazy.
