Formerly on America's Most Wanted top ten criminals list, Edwin Maldonado has turned his life around and now works to keep young North Texas kids from following in his footsteps.
Maldonado teaches children the ins and outs of Bicycles Most Wanted, a program intended to keep kids out of gangs. One might call it adjusting brakes to change lives.
