He and Debbie recently moved to a new house/condo a few weeks back...I know he visits another website quite a bit, not a weather one, it's a "Immigration website"

It's been a little over a week since he logged in here, which isn't that unusual. As Dennis said, he recently moved and is probably still trying to get settled in.
