When is the last time you lied and you knew it was a lie when you did it?

Me... John comes home each night and asks me how my day went. I often tell him that I did a lot of work around the house.

my husband asked if i was mad about something and i said no. i thought it better to just let things go than start a mini-nuclear war.

but I may have more-than-made-up for that since I sniped at him a bit ago. (we work in the same office.) he asked if i'd taken my medication today and i said, yep, but you're still here.

Thos are white lies, there's a difference ---- isn't there???? OMG, please tell me those aren't really lies.

I pride myself in not telling lies. My Dad always told me if I couldn't tell the truth, just don't say anything!!!!!

i'd try that but my inner voice is very persistent!

when people ask people how they feel, usually people respond ..FINE...
when in actuality, they may not be. But it just comes natural to say, fine.

so we say it anyways, knowing it may very well be a full blown lie. How many times do we hear it on a daily basis?
