It got mine too.

When you pick your number from the first set of numbers, and then choose the color, there are only 5 numbers with that color. The next step is useless... it doesn't matter what color you choose. When you get to the Houses and pick the House with your number in it, it's the only number there that also shared the color you said your number was. And then, it doesn't matter which crystal ball or door you choose, it will have your number.

I was thinking that each door had my number - only the door that I clicked did!

The placement of the numbers is not decided until after you click the first door. It puts your number in the one you click, then puts two random numbers in the other doors.
