Chemical weapons found at the United Nations in New York

Details just coming in on CNN.
Their website states:
Breaking NewsVials of potentially hazardous chemicals from an Iraqi weapons plant have been found in files at a U.N. building, officials said.

Discovery made last Friday-discovered two small packages with uncontained substances.
Office building being evacuated.

Odd -- Foxnews says it's an unknown substance, discovered today.

MSNBC also reporting it's from weapons found in 1996... WTF? How in the world did this happen?
