Rick Lupes untimely death could have been prevented......I still don't quite understand WHY he was there in the first place after reading this article.

Another example of someone not following the rules and thinking they know it all - look what happend - such a tragic event.

i agree ticka. this is a perfect example and in the end someone had to pay the price with his life because of pure ignorance. he is a hero all the same.
