61kts found in the SE Quad. That equals about 49kts at the surface using the standard reduction of 80%.

Highest 1 minute sustained flight level wind: At least 55.5 knots
Highest 30 second sustained flight level wind: 56 knots
Highest 10 second peak flight level wind: 61 knots

Flight level at 2,500 feet.

Calm in the sound? Might the center actually have crossed into there?
