As I see it,they may be heading towards the NE Quad first,that is why they are going more into the Atlantic,to then turn towards the NE side.

Or maybe shoot the SE > NW quads first - still - it seems they should be turning soon.

Sandy - you might want to try putting radar on your images - try this.

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<kml xmlns="http://earth.google.com/kml/2.1">
<GroundOverlay>
   <name>Radar Overlay</name>
   <Style>
      <ListStyle>
         <listItemType>check</listItemType>
         <ItemIcon>
            <state>open closed error fetching0 fetching1 fetching2</state>
            <href>http://www.guiWeather.com/kml/icons/folder_icons/radarForFolder.gif</href>
         </ItemIcon>
         <bgColor>00ffffff</bgColor>
      </ListStyle>
   </Style>
   <drawOrder>2</drawOrder>
   <Icon>
      <href>http://www.guiWeather.com/kml/radar/latest.png</href>
      <refreshMode>onInterval</refreshMode>
      <refreshInterval>60</refreshInterval>
   </Icon>
   <LatLonBox>
      <north>51</north>
      <south>21</south>
      <east>-65</east>
      <west>-127</west>
   </LatLonBox>
</GroundOverlay>
</kml>

Just copy and paste it into GE.

Sandy - I think you have all of GUIWeather clicked "on" - you can turn off lots of their graphics - one thing I had to do though is change the altitude of the radar from 10000 ft back to 0.

They're running off to the east - still getting NW winds - is the center that far E or NE?

I'd hate to gloat, but...1 out of 2 right so far, will they find 50 or not, though?

Waited for RECON and so far nothing to jump off the chair or remain awake. My eyes are already telling me that they want to rest.

See you later!
