Invest 93C/Area of Interest in CPAC

Not on NRL, but SSD has been classifying a "93C" since 16/00z, and judging by its appearance it could be added to ATCF at any time.



No classifications in almost 24 hours now, though they don't seem to be doing them every time around. Regardless, it still looks healthy.
