Has the all-time high sunspot activity drawn to an end, or is it only temporary?

Anyone noticed the sudden surge in activity in volcanoes - Kilauea, Fuego, Tungerahua, Huila, Santa Maria? Now an earthquake on Wabash fault.
Is a magnetic change effecting the crust? How/will it effect weather?
I'm totally ignorant on this subject, but I know there are experts here. Just want to hear some theories, if anyone cares to comment.

I sort of like Joe Bastardi, while he rambles, and goes off topic, he seems reasonable at long range forecasting, but his theory that the big Indonesia earthquake/tsunami of a December 2004 affected the ENSO and other big scale indices, and thus large scale weather, seems hare-brained.
