Re: June New Moon 2013
* The latitude of the Moon will be rising until the 8th
* A coincidental acceleration of storm development is hypothesized
* 40 percent of tropical storms, developed in a 10 percent of a month.
* That is to say that 6 of the 16 tropical cyclones developed within 3 days of a New Moon.
* That is better than a coin flip. In fact it is 5 times better than a coin flip.
