Naples Rainfall
--------------
YEAR | 1/2 year
MEAN| 19.96
2013 | 23.92
2012 | 11.05
2011 | 10.57 Nearest approach of Jupiter 1987-2035
2010 | 22.49
2009 | 14.09
2008 | 19.2
2007 | 11.17
2006 | 12.69
2005 | 22.26
2004 | 21.02
2003 | 29.42

It seems that My Analog Year is not performing as expected.
The good news is Naples ground water table is perking up.

Current Astronomic Factors of Analog Failure

* The extremely low swing of the moon and the enhanced the Hadley Circulation
* Greater than 1% graviton shortfall vs 2011
* Near normal Earth Sun Distance
