NRL is still on Covid-19 isolation, so here is the earthquake update for Puerto Rico. This is a plot of the 3.8 or greater magnitude earthquakes during the New Moon Phase. Looks like a couple got next to the predicted areas.

This month the New Moon Phase is skirting some of the warmest water in western Pacific. The last day of the phase puts the Moons latitude just north of the Equator

So as the months have passed I've come to realize that this project has to evolve. Evidently the NRL's global stitched water vapor is never coming back, so I will work the goes east water vapor image and try to capture seven days of imagery. My real world workload has quadrupled, so working on personal projects is a challenge.
