Yes, Innotech, the first feeder band is passing through here as well in Vermilion Parish. Sky was black and then only sprinkles now - but the wind was quite gusty.

Its interesting Derek a obs also found 45kts about 2-3hrs ago as well, wonder if those reports are from the same ob station?
Also yep convection is trying to burst again near the LLC but needs to be a little more impressive then that to really strengthen much.

48 knot winds gusting to 55.....wow...out of the SE...150 degrees....seas 10-12 feet....1 statute mile of visibility...taken at 3:16 PM Eastern Daylight time....
