why is it they had a plane in 24/7 non stop for Dolly and this one we only get every 6 hours.

At the level they are flying, 80% I believe to surface winds, so 53 kt FL = 42.4 kt surface.

My Prediction for the first run through it is 64 knots flight level with 997 millibars.

HURAKAN,you ask,where they are going.Good question as they are going south.The only explanation may be that they will make the first pass from SE to NW.
