From the get go, one could easily have seen that this had good potential to become an invest.

I was waiting a long time for this to be tagged 95L. It looked awesome yesterday and still looks good today. Will the NHC mention it by 2:00 am?

They tagged it as an invest so there is no reason for them not to mention it.

After following Fay my circuits are frazzled so I'll go to safe mode and say 95L has the best persisting convection. It is close to two other possible developers, 94L and a little convection spot to its N inside a big circulation at 18N. I'll wait til it develops.
