Bite your tongue, Destruction!!! My house is torn apart from Fay flooding damage (I had a foot of Thomas Creek in my house) and I'm having to live with my parents! Insurance company said it will probably be 60 days to get the check for the flood coverage. Meanwhile, I still have to pay my mortgage and pay the demolition/tear down costs myself. Hanna, Ike and Josephine - go play with someone else!

Been there done that. It is not fun at all. Glad you have a place to go. My whole family got Flooded from floyd in 1999. took 2 weeks for the water to go down. the smell was so bad. We have Hog house's chicken and turkey Houes's here. All of those were lost. Had to wear a mask for some time. So I really feel for you. I know the feeling. But maybe a church can help. If not PM me and I will see what I can do for you as in help.

Through day two looks to be farther east from the Florida Penisula...Good news for Hanna...Maybe not so good news in regards to Ike. I hope she doesn't leave a weakness to pull Ike farther North.

GFS looks like it wants landfall at Wilmington.

Doesn't look very strong and if the trend keeps up this thing could slide off without hitting anyone.

0z UKMET is further east. It hits the Outer Banks of NC. Then moves northward up the coast:

I don't know, it looks like it has the remnants of Gustav pushing into the ridge a little harder and faster than I'd think is possible with Gustav so weak now. Then the remnant low of Gustav is supposed to help draw Hanna up. Personally, I think Gustav will have a harder time pushing in, so slower, which should allow Hanna to move farther west. So IMO this scenario should play out slower and let Hanna go farther west. Would be an interesting scenario for the NE though if it worked out somehow.

Absolutely. Look for the 11:00 to be even further east, and then a bit more at 5:00, and then again at 11:00.....

No. The 6z GFS was actually further east, with landfall in NC:

Hanna is E and S of the models already, no sign of any N or NW turn. Maybe the further E she goes now will push her E of the CONUS or the delay in her turn to the N and NW will push her more W, I don't know?

Is there any cxhance that this could still hit the SC/GA border area like once thought or all things looking like a SC/NC threat.

The 12Z GFS guidance stalls Hanna for about 12 hours or so with a slight east drift then moves Hanna slowly north at 24 hours before sending her NW...

But Hanna already appears to be moving NW right now so this run of the GFS may be suspicious...The GFS may be too slow with Hanna's movement and too far right.

I'm not sure it really is moving thought Gatorcane, the low is possibly relocating but that relocating center is barely moving right now it seems.
