7c temperature difference, this is not just subtropical but full on tropical. I'm angry at what I'm seeing.

I agree, but given the circumstances it is not worth naming IMO.

I think every system should be named or at least noted.

We know it's warm core already. The problem is that still appears to be associated with a coastal warm front that has moved inland across the Carolinas, based on surface obs:

Looks like the No-Name Storm is about to make landfall.

Sad  Let me just say I've seen many a system with a "weak" frontal like system to the north northeast of the LLC. It is amazing how a purely warm core system can be over looked like this in the record. I don't agree with it at all.

Funny, weather tonight in Myrtle Beach is much worse than it was a few weeks ago when Hannah blew through. I just hope my Dish Network signal stays strong for a few more hours.

Ditto up here in VA. We have had heavy squalls rotating in off the ocean all day. Similar to what you would expect from an approaching tropical system.

And im not liking the looks of some of these cells. Some weak rotation evident and I wouldnt be surprised to see a tornado or two over SE VA overnight.

Why bother when they already made up their mind that no evidence the airplane could find would change their minds.?
