Sure I'll answer this and then any follow up questions you may have.....

From early April (this weekend) to the last Saturday night/Sunday morning in October the Eastern Time Zone is 4 hours behind GMT. From the last Saturday night/Sunday morning in October to the first Saturday night/Sunday morning in April (this weekend), the Eastern Time Zone is 5 hours behind GMT.
