It's likely to weaken the circulation interacts with the high elevation in Luzon. Still, the precipitation is the main concern, in my opinion, of course.

i knew it is likely to weaken into cat1 because of land interaction.

30-60 kph...it's not the full force yet but the trees are swaying like crazy already....

there. i just heard a strong gust of wind outside the window. we are getting into the inner circulation of the storm. the eye is just 200 kms. away from manila.
