I can't understand why the Cuban INSMET doesn't ever mention this system.

Amanecerá con pocas nubes en todo el territorio nacional. Desde el final de la mañana estará parcialmente nublado y se nublará ocasionalmente en la tarde con aislados chubascos hasta el anochecer.

They have 92L reforming in th EPAC, I wonder if Henri has the longevity?

This thing is completely dead, but people are still talking about it :P Meanwhile Patty is threatening Mexico as a hurricane in some of the models.

Yup, the remnant swirl is still firing convection. Could a resurrection occur before it comes ashore in Central America? Shear is not that bad, but there is little convergence.
