There is a spin out there south of P'Cola, has to be at mid-levels. If this persists though overnight it could get interesting.
Winds are always higher at the surface over water, no friction.

probably collapsing T-storms which at times gives an appreance of a mid level feature....
but if they persist through out the day, another LLC developing? not out of the question...

We were out at Miramar Beach earlier today, and it's still breezy enough to be pushing sand around in the air. Also enough waves yet to make the local surfers reasonably happy.
