The always consistent Euro shifted well north tonight about 60 miles south of brownsville...motion for the past few hours is about 320 degrees

I have no idea why Alex has stalled and is inching NNW right now. The ridge was supposed to keep Alex moving at a good click to the west.

Like I said I hope I'm eating Crow Stew later on this week, but I expect Alex to move NNW, then N, then NNE before making landfall.

i think the high in the plains isnt building as far south as some of the models were forecasting it to. can you correct me if im wrong?
