For reference for those who make images from my site for non tasked missions that run over into the next day Zulu time.

For anyone who makes images, since it is a non tasked mission, my recon product after 8PM EDT will make it available in a new network link. So sometime after 8PM EDT, maybe 8:10PM or 8:15PM EDT, start reloading the main network link and look for the new network link that appears. The mission will be split into two parts since it carries over into the next day Zulu time. For technical reasons my site handles non tasked missions that way. The second network link will then contain the rest of the mission. To view both parts of the mission:

Image

Drag that entire folder that contains the first part of the mission out of the network link and drag it to my Places. Then unselect the plane icon. Then load the new mission that appeared in the main network link when you right clicked on "Recon Data for the Atlantic Basin" and hit refresh. The only thing to note is that sometimes if a vortex message is taken just before 8PM EDT it will later appear in the first mission part network link, after the second part of the mission is already in a new network link, if the vortex does not appear until after 8PM EDT. So you might have to do the above a second time to get that vortex message to appear.

If no one posts images I'll come back from time to time and post some.

No. That equates to around 120-125 kt at the surface.

I agree but once the eyewall closes and Eal approaches the Gulf Stream, it could make a run for it.

Thank you very much.

Interesting, I recall several models predicting 932 mb when Earl got to this region last weekend. I'm rather sure the European was one of them.

Did the satellite eclipse just cut off HALF of Earl on the 0415 images???

GAH!

I do have some grabbed images of 0345 if you want me to handle the pics.

EDIT: Nevermind - whatever problem the GOES images had is fixed at 0445
