If they find a TS, I think they might put out a special advisory. Less likely they would do so with a TD IMO.

Given this is more or less overland EJ I reckon they actually probably would issue a special advisory if recon finds something...

I agree, if its a TD they would have to put up a special advisory and TS warnings, as there will surely be gusts that strong.

They would need a Special Advisory to issue anything since it would be outside normal advisory times and it would need to be initiated with warnings.

At the level they are at now, probably around 90%. At the earliest level, around 85%.

The 53 kt flagged is for the SFMR, not the flight-level winds. Overall data supports a 45 kt intensity.
