Well here it is:
-El Salvador has declared a warning for possible mudslides and floods because of Harvey but no alert has beeen declared yet that will be the next step if the event becomes more threatening.
-Guatemala's emergency management have not declared any alert except for the tropical storm watch.
-The NEMO is Belize has declared a Tropical Storm Warning as we know and they are in the Red Two Phase of the National Emergency Warning System. Maybe BZSTORM could tell us if there is a higher phase of emergency.
-The coastal departments in Honduras are under red alert.
I have not found any reports of damages yet, fortunately.

Massive Hot-Towers are firing to the south and SW of Harvey.

Not sure if this will have a direct effect on Harvey's development but it is a good indication of how unstable the air is.

Maybe, when UL temps cool overnight, we could see one fire near Harvey's LLC.
