Heat-induced head-spinning......please forgive all Texan's posts if they seem selfish in this so very important Model thread. For all the ones posting their best intel.....we are listening.

Like many here, I really hope this heads to Texas as a super soaker.

And hello flash flooding

The GFS 00z @ 165h is showing like 3" at the extreme SE corner of Texas. On the last GFS at 171h, the 3" was along the central LA gulf coast.

After seeing tonights GFS run it just cements the Euro even further as the best. I believe last year the Euro was even better than the NHC scientists. All the other models are fun to look at but for the truth its best to go with euro.

Just this evening alone I've seen models showing this storm north, south, east and west of my location. Looks like it's going to be a looooong weekend.

I think I will wait up for the Euro and then head to bed. Very curious if this will look better at this time tomorrow or just look like a rainmaker and nothing more.

186hr,,,dieing south of the border.....still slinging in some moisture off the GOM....nice cool rain...ahh...can you feel it? dripping on your face, filling your pool up, no mandatory water rationing, no drinking treated sewer water, and your A/C not running all day at 80F because its a 105F outside....

I am at peace....
