Pretty sure Neoguri is stronger than Ragasa as of this moment - just way more symmetrical

I'd like to know where we could watch this great event. Do any member here can give us some information about this?

Isn’t non-NHC/CPHC recon available on TropicalAtlantic?

Ragasa and Neoguri’s forecasts are aligning for the potential of seeing duel Category 5s in the basin for the first time since Ivan and Joan in 1997 tomorrow (correct me if I’m wrong)

That’s pretty rare

Good morning Neoguri.

A beautiful beast set to (possibly?) go out to sea.

That’s why I was saying “(possibly?)” in my last post before this one on this thread.

Neoguri looks like someone took Dorian near its peak and plopped it in the middle of the WPac. Both look eerily similar, from their outflow patterns to the large yet warm-ish CDO with a hyper-clear eye. Probably at or near Cat 5 status. However, the CDO has been further warming in recent frames, so its peak has probably just passed.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.
