Della being a Cat 5 is baloney since it intensified to Cat 5 while being over the mountainous part of Luzon Lol

Super Typhoon Ragasa is expected to either pass directly over or very close to Buoy 7810601, which was last located at 18.8444°N, 125.5684°E as of 20:01 UTC.
