Yep, you'd be lieing to yourself if you said either of our other invests looked back than Ernesto at this point. I had a feeling yesterday posting around here that he would develop a CDO-like feature and sure enough he has. 55 MPH....1000-01 mbs sounds pretty good right now.

0z GFS starts updating at 10:30 pm CT and 0z Euro starts updating at 1 am CT. 0z CMC and UKMET are out at about 12 am CT.

Looks like it is about ready to take off folks. Nice Hot tower going on a nd deep red convection blowing up. Just how strong it gets will be the question, conditions look pretty good downstream in the NW Caribbean as well.
