This area has seen several hits on recent model runs, but the last 24hrs GFS and NGPS have backed off on it keeping it a week TD by the end of the week. Regardless it still has the potential for energy.

GFS run has gone nuts developing several weak vorticities east of Mindanao. Maybe Euro was right in showing no significant TC in the basin as of this mean time.
