Tropical Cyclone Outlook for the Western Region

for the period until midnight WST Tuesday 16 December 2014.
Potential Cyclones:
Satellite imagery shows a tropical low near 10.5S 110.5E at 2pm WST. Conditions
are unfavourable for development at the moment but there is a small chance
conditions improve over the next few days.
Likelihood of this system being a tropical cyclone in the Western Region on:
