if you watch the loop you can see a good deal more right skirting the right side of DR then the steering breaks down then strong ridge builds from the NE and turns west south of the 18z pretty same as 12z then starts to drift and intensify

I know nobody is talking about this yet since it's so far away from the US Mainland, but if it takes the turn the NHC is saying it will, is it then forecasted to miss the USA completely? I can't really tell by the forecast map since it doesn't extend out that far...
