I have the answer as to why Huffman's site is no longer visible

http://www.americanwx.com/models/index.html

It is a paid site now. Thus, the free 10 day ECMWF that we have been viewing is now gone

One thing for sure is that we now have a more define circulation at the surface, but broad and I still think is mostly over the Yucatan Peninsula with Cancun still reporting easterly winds, but according to the UW-SIMSS site there is a vorticity at H85 just north of the NE tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, lets see if it develops a surface reflection, one way we will know is when or if the winds switch to the west or NW in Cancun later tonight or tomorrow.
Buoy 42056 is now reporting west winds but you can tell that it is from an outflow boundary because the temp went from 83 to 77 right after the windshift.

The shear is not very strong and the tendency is for a slow decline but this forecast is not like a stone as it changes.

That is a MASSIVE loss. His site was incredibly useful these past few seasons, and it's sad to see it's no longer free.

Unsurprisingly, convection is not organized:

Florida, then scoots NE.

But specifically what part of FL? Even though the impacts won't change.

Way too early for those questions.

Imageshack ok for me. I do notice, though, that after uploading it gives a direct link using a specific server, but if you click on the image first the link it provides is to imageshack.us, which is much less wonky :)
