Weird that they did not sampled that area they saw on their radar as the possible COC.

If you go by recons position this has shot straight west the last several hours which IMO would cause it to miss Hispaniola completely to the south and right through central Cuba, is that somewhat possible and if true this may shoot into the GOM instead of the atlantic side. I can't rule it out yet even though very few models show that

Recon is not close to done doing what they are going to do, in the AM the winds were low around this area till they did the full run, then they found high winds..
