Who wants to post the data? I will not be all the time here as power may go on and off and I have to get some supplies just in case.

Why are they flying with both Kermit and and Miss Piggy at the same time?

There are a lot of research missions going on.

http://noaahrd.wordpress.com/
http://espo.nasa.gov/missions/hs3

Tracking:

Air Force and NOAA:
http://tropicalatlantic.com/recon/

NASA (track only):
http://airbornescience.nasa.gov/tracker/

NASA sondes:
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/recon/2013/REPNT3/
Which can be experimentally decoded by my decoder here:
http://www.tropicalatlantic.com/recon/r ... ?decoder=1

Raw NOAA AXBTs:
http://tropicalatlantic.com/noaa-aoc/im ... ?path=AXBT

With a total of five missions into the remnants of Gabrielle at the same time later today, four of which are already in the air, my site may operate more slowly today.

These NOAA research missions are not flying normal patterns you might expect. Take a look here:
http://noaahrd.wordpress.com/2013/09/07 ... s-morning/

Air Force recon takes off at 3pm EDT.

I am manually readding all raw data into my site from today's missions, and will be doing that constantly throughout the day, since data is coming in too fast for my site to handle. There will be 78 NOAA dropsondes just from the GlobalHawk aircraft, which my real time site can't decode yet, plus all the other NOAA sondes, all coming across in the same file, so I have to add from the archive. The same with NOAA's HDOBs. All three aircraft are sending HDOBs into the same file.

You guys may want to just wait for the Air Force later and just cover that. 8-)

I'll post some images of all the recon infrequently, as I am doing a lot of stuff today.

Posting twice so you might be more likely to see it:

Dave wrote:If anyone see's something I miss pick it out and take it to the discussion area....with 3 in the air now I'm concentrating on the data only which is a matter of timing.

There will be 78 of those NASA sondes today. That is the fourth aircraft in the air.
