Ok good Dave. That is the time the Air Force plane departs. Now we need one volunteer for the NOAA mission that departs at 1 PM CDT.

NOAA's Scheduled Pattern

"The NOAA43 aircraft is scheduled to fly a Tail Doppler Radar Experiment into Tropical Storm Ingrid at 1200 UTC (2PM Eastern) today. They are planning to fly a figure four pattern and collect data. They will take off from MacDill AFB and recover there eight hours later. Below is the proposed flight pattern. The numbers on the figure represent the turn points that the aircraft will make. The red dots in the figure show the locations that launch weather balloons twice a day. The flight pattern is very similar to their previous flight."

The GI-V did go up. I forget what file header it is that talks about what went into models. I would guess a lot already went in since it was from earlier.

I think this is where that information is usually posted:
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/view/validProds ... &node=KWNO

But I don't see anything. With the upgrades to their computers, maybe it is just assumed that it all gets in there and they would post something if it didn't? I really don't know.

Also, I can be available if I need to be to do recon.

If you have the time, I've been busy working on next year's recon system. :)

Or I can take over now. Or I'll keep checking in and I can takeover later.

I can do some graphics. Someone just lost their dog in my neighborhood, so I might be a little delayed at times while I try to get the word out.

I can back you up on pictures, just my brain is somewhere else tonight and wasn't picking up on the numbers that well.

Sorry, I have to go again. I usually go help look for lost dogs and some other neighbors are out looking. I'll be back in not too long I hope.
