Someone must be bored. A frontal low moving into high shear and over cool water. This won't amount to anything.

Year of the invests :lol:. It will die a painful death, too far north. Nothing outside the Carib has much of a chance.

Down to 0%/0%. From day one, this was doomed. Ridiculously high shear lies up there normally, so far less for a year like 2013. Waters are probably below 24°C, and there are always fronts up there. 0 ACE units from this, that's for sure! 2013 - the year of failing invests with a few occasional storms. :wink: :lol:

Why did THIS have to be an invest anyway?! It had chances of 0% THROUGHOUT!!
